What if DeBono Kisses Osborn? The CPS framework laterally refreshed.
This is a highly skill based workshop. Lateral, creative thinking is a skill that can be learned and taught: just doing it is the best way to learn these skills. The workshop will include a mix of teaching and practical exercises, the aim being for you to leave the workshop with skills, which you have practiced and can apply immediately. We will practice several robust divergent and convergent tools, divided over the four steps of the CPS model:
What will you learn?
After this workshop the participant will be familiar with some of the most used lateral thinking tools worldwide and able to apply these tools for his/her own professional work. You will learn to use these lateral thinking tools to increase the effectiveness of individuals, teams and organizations by:
Using the CPS model in an even more powerful way
Working with the tools in a collaborative way
Experienced based approach
A deliberate stimulation of humor and nonsense within a formal creative session
Removing the politics from team effort and team decisions
Delivering more effective outcomes
Pace!
